James Devlin lives and works on the east coast of the United States. When he's not building software, writing music, or playing poker, he's writing about software, music, and/or poker, and when he's not doing that, he's probably relaxing by the pool, working on his car, or curling up on the couch for a marathon session of Lost.

Update: Due to some of the content on this site, I occasionally get offers for various kinds of programming work. Unfortunately I can't consider every such offer, but if you have a particularly interesting or lucrative project in mind, send me a brief email and I'll be in touch.

And thanks, as always, for your interest in Coding the Wheel.

Hi James, you have a very interesting bio here. I'm quite different in that I didn't learn poker by studying but more as a general learning curve while playing the game. I'm now a pretty decent player and making money, even if it is small beans! A did do some reading on forums etc and tried to learn from that way, although when I was younger I wasn't great at accepting criticism. Now I run my own forums trying to help those new players that are in need.

Nice bankroll Laughing
